After carefully reviewing the changing needs of the patients we serve, we have voluntarily decided to close French Creek Recovery Center on March 15, 2026.
This difficult decision was made thoughtfully, and we want to assure everyone that providing quality care remains our top priority as we begin to wind down operations. French Creek has been proud to deliver meaningful, high-quality care to those who depend on us. Our focus now is on supporting our patients and staff through this transition, ensuring continuity of care and facilitating a safe, orderly wind-down of operations.
What This Means Right Now
Nothing is changing immediately for patients currently receiving treatment at French Creek. Our focus remains on providing safe, high-quality care throughout this transition period.
All of our patients are expected to complete their treatment at French Creek prior to the closure date. If a transfer is requested or becomes necessary, we will work with each individual to identify appropriate treatment options, including care at other affiliated facilities when appropriate.
To support a safe and orderly transition, French Creek has stopped accepting new patients. Individuals seeking care after this point will be assisted in identifying other appropriate treatment resources.
Health Records
During the closure process, health records will be securely converted to a digital format. Individuals who wish to obtain a copy of their medical records or who have questions about how to access them should contact recordsrequest@frenchcreekrecoverycenter.com. A team member will provide assistance and explain the next steps. Privacy and the confidentiality of records will remain fully protected in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
